Big Bear Dorm

Conveniently located right in Indian River and within easy walking distance to Big Bear Adventures. Located at the top of
a small hill, this small smoke-free home is perfect for small group/ family lodging! Partially built into the hillside with a
nice grassy yard surrounded by big trees, woods and the lulling sound of a waterfall from nearby Big Bear Adventure
Golf. You can also just walk or bike down the hill and across the road into Burt Lake State Park (with over 2000 ft. of
sandy beach on Burt Lake and frontage on the refreshing Sturgeon River). There is no air conditioning or phones,
however there are fans and cable T.V.! Outside is a cement patio w/table and chairs and also a wooden deck w/picnic
table. In the yard is a campfire pit/ grill and more chairs.

The "Dorm"

  • Sleeps 10 (12 maximum if 2 people use the pull-out couch)
  • 3 Bedrooms
    • A log bunk bed w/ a double on the bottom and a twin on top (sleeps 3)
    • A log bunk bed w/ a double on the bottom and a twin on top (sleeps 3)
    • Two bunk bed sets (sleeps 4)
    • ALL BEDS ARE EXTRA-LONG
  • Living Area = 2 couches (1 that is a pull-out), Cable TV
  • Full Kitchen = refrigerator, stove- top oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, plates/ glasses/utensils, table with 2 benches & 2 chairs
  • Bathroom Area = 2 separate toilet rooms with floor-to-ceiling walls , 2 separate tiled showers, and a vanity with 2 sinks and long mirror (6 people can all be getting ready at once!)
